How do I return an item?
As we do not sell used, or demo goods, only unused items in original packaging can be considered for return, within 10 days of receipt. A return authorization is required and items shipped back without authorization will be refused. ALL returned items go through a full inspection and test process, and repackaging, so there is a charge of 15% minimum to defray these expenses.
