Blemish is shown clearly in second and third and fourth photos. The rear of the motor where the electrical connections are made has 2 threaded screws to hold the cover plate in place. Both threaded bosses for the screws are missing, so the dust cover is not held on. This happens when the pump maker overtightens the small screws. Duct tape or silicone adhesive can easily be used to hold the cover plate in place though. This pump has been inspected and retested on high and low speed and is fully functional, and it just has this one imperfection.
