Description   Pump Union Adapter - Converts 2" MBT pumps threads to fit 2-1/2" pump unions. This allows a 2" pump to be used on a plumbing system having 2-1/2" connections. Sold as one adapter with o-ring. Converts pumps with 3.1" Outside Diameter threads to a 3.7" O.D. thread which is industry standard for ASTM Schedule 40 PVC pipe size of 2-1/2". Fits Executives and Hi-flos but does NOT fit the EX2 series. Also fits Ultimax pumps. The inside diameter of the inlet passageway on this adapter measures 2-1/16".
