GE - Marathon - Regal Beloit motors - G.E. Motor Wiring information for 56 frame, 6-1/2 inch diameter motors-see photos. Look at the photo of the G.E. label showing position 1, 2, and 3. This photo shows that terminal #3 IS there, it is partially hidden behind the wires that G.E. decided to run right across this terminal connection block. Terminal #3 does not have a threaded stud as the label implies, it has only the 1/4" spade connector. Don't worry, you did not receive a single speed motor with a 2 speed label, the terminal is there and you have to look for it. We hope these photos help. #1 is common, Green Ground Screw is Ground, #3 is High Speed, #2 is Low Speed.
