Spa Pump Gate Valve 2 Inch PVC pipe size, female x male. Permits pump, heater, or other equipment service without draining spa. Glue one valve inline on inlet line to spa equipment, and a second valve should be installed in the discharge line. by Waterway Male o one side allows you to glue into a pump or heater union fitting, thereby keeping the overall length short.

This takes up about 2 inches on length when 2" pipe is fully inserted in one side and male portion of valve is fully inserted into a union fitting, best case. Gate valves are easier to operate than slice valves.
