Unlike typical industrial immersion heaters, which are not Listed for use in water with people, the heater is extensively tested and Listed for use with people in tubs & pools. This Iron Might pump is very low amp draw, the fittings provided allow easy connection of pump to heater. A very reliable system, the SmarTouch Digital 1000 control has been used for years in the spa industry and has a great reputation for reliability.
The Iron Might pump carries a 24 month warranty for the manufacturer, Waterway. The heater and control are warranted 24 months by ACC. The system is very flexible and easy to program, can be set to a temperature and programmed to run certain hours, or economy mode, etc. using the digital display keypad. Shown in the photos with optional plastic base which is readily available. For sheltered use out of the rain, this is not rated for use outdoors unless covered, please note. Other options include hair & lint trap, cartridge filter, larger pumps available too.
This unit is not designed to LIFT water out of a pool, this requires a pool pump with integral leaf trap/basket. email us if you need this feature. The above included Iron Might pump is excellent for water circulation, heating, and filtration.
